My friend is leaving, and now im depressed?

firstly, i dont want any nasty or rude comments because it isnt like that! hey, well basically its about me and my friend. i am in my teens and i am an altar server at my local catholic church. and every since we met, me and my priest have been good friends. My family and all my friends abandonded me and he is all i have. we help eachother with problems. However, i dont think he actually understands how much he means to me. and as you know, priests move parishes after so long. And hes all i have and i dont want to lose him. Please help me, im too scared to tell him how much he means to me, and my life will fall apart without him. Please! what do i do? how can i feel better? i think i may commit suicide.
