Wireless Internet faster than wired?

Ok so I know all the stuff about why wireless internet is supposed to be slower than wired, but windows says with wireless I get 150Mbps and with wired 100Mbps. Now I know windows wouldnt show like interference in that so I used speedtest.net The wireless came out faster? So I thought abought latency, ping, packet loss so i used pingtest.net WIred came out slightly better by like .5% so is my wireless internet better than wired?
