What is the term for a Catholic who hates the Church?

My grandparents haven't cared for it ever since they realized the corruption in (apparently) every parish they've been active in, and the child abuse scandals have only made them care less for it. They both believe its doctrines in spite of believing it's a "silly institution of selfish old men". What would the term for that be?
