Websites not displaying correctly?

You type in the correct URL and IE can't display website or part of the website is missing information: you can fix this problem by uninstalling the Google Toolbar in 'add and remove programs' and then reset IE using: interent options - advanced - reset. If website pings correctly and IE can't see it correctly or not at all - then this will fix the problem. No answer required.
