Balwick of Jersey 1984 Parish of St. Brelade Coin?

I got given in Balwick of Jersey 1984 Parish of St. Brelade (non-silver) pound coin in change at a shop, is this coin worth more than the normal pound coin and (or) is it a collectors item? Its quite old, ruggerd but the markings are clear.
