Where can I find material for overly large windows in a church parish hall, flame retardant?

Look at any second hand stores in your town including Goodwill and Salvation Army. You may be surprised at the draperies that people donate when they get tired of them. There is probably someone in your parish that sews that may be willing to make any alterations that may be needed once you find something. Good Luck!
