What fun, inexpensive activities are available in Portland, Jamaica?

Me and a handful of friends are planning a trip to the parish of Portland in Jamaica. We want to plan a day of activities NOT dominated by a beach or waterfalls. We also don't want to spend too much money at any one place (some of the tourist activities can be pretty expensive). We'll definitely be stopping at Boston Jerk centre. But, that aside, any ideas?
