Ping 4 Under Bag Strap Problem?

I just got the Ping 4 Under Golf Bag. I don't know if I'm just stupid, but how is it supposed to fit while carrying it? Should it be straight down my back or should the straps be adjusted to fit diagonally across it? I just can't get it right...
