If there is a V Season 3, What would you like to see happen?

Aside from the items you list in your initial question, I would like to see a definitive and satisfying end to the series. The one (and only) thing I didn't like about the original version of V is that it ended on such a tantalizing cliffhanger (mostly because the last episode was really meant to be the next-to-last episode, but still...). It would be a shame to see the "reimagined" version end prematurely in a similar fashion.
