I'm a vegetarian and I want a 6-pack?

So, I'm 13 and have been a vegetarian for 2 1/2 months. I'm 5'10-5'11 and 165 pounds. I get enough protein and other vitamins per day. If you are going to tell me that I need a meat/poultry diet to get a muscular stomach, don't answer. Robert Parish was a vegetarian. You don't HAVE to eat animal flesh to have muscles, Just tell me how to do the proper exercises. I don't drink soda, eat candy, and obviously meat. I don't eat fast food and especially not McCruelty or Kentucky Fried Cruelty. Don't lecture me about vegetarianism because I am NOT CHANGING.
