Are these shorts too short? Help ASAP!?

I am going on a parish trip to an amusement park tomorrow and need some advice. We aren't allowed to wear short shorts, but do these even qualify as short shorts? What do you think? I really want to wear them because they are so light and comfortable. Please answer ASAP!!!
